ICOP’s QEC-RXXJT series includes standard industrial EtherCAT junction modules and fiber-optic modules. Supports flexible wiring configurations in line, tree, and star topologies, allowing EtherCAT systems to remain operational if a machine error requires a shutdown.
Complying with the EtherCAT Conformance Test Tool (ET9400), the QEC-RXXJT is qualified and can cooperate with most third-party EtherCAT master systems for quick implementation in industrial applications.
The QEC-RXXJT1S/2S/6S modules offer a standard EtherCAT Junction, allowing both daisy-chain and branch connections. With flexible daisy-chain and branch wiring and support for connection lengths up to 100 meters with 100BASE-TX, these modules ensure robust, reliable networking in demanding industrial environments. The QEC-RXXJT series can also monitor hardware information on temperature, voltage, current, and startup time (hr). These features allow users to track the system’s carbon footprint and estimate its lifespan.
The QEC-RXXJT series measures 107.45 x 66 x 30 mm and supports standard system operation from -20 to +70°C. It can be easily installed with a DIN rail mounting kit and features a European-style terminal block with removable wiring terminals for easy deployment.
