EEPROM.setBank()

[EEPROM]

Description

Select the bank of virtual EEPROM.

This function is available from 86Duino Coding 102. For 86Duino Coding 101 or early versions, you should use set_bank() instead.

Syntax

EEPROM.setBank(bank)

Parameters

bank: indicate the bank of virtual EEPROM you want to use. EEPROM_16K is the 16 KB bank of virtual EEPROM and EEPROM_200B is the 200-byte CMOS bank of virtual EEPROM. The default is EEPROM_16K.

Returns

none

Example

#include <EEPROM.h>

void setup()
{
  EEPROM.setBank(EEPROM_200B);
  for (int i = 0; i < 200; i++)
    EEPROM.write(i, i & 0xff);

  EEPROM.setBank(EEPROM_16K);
  for (int i = 0; i < 16000; i++)
    EEPROM.write(i, i & 0xff);
}

void loop()
{
}
