このEtherCATスレーブ・デバイス・クラスのオブジェクトの初期化を解除し、EthercatMasterクラスのオブジェクトから切り離します。 構文 EthercatMaster class.

この関数は、 attach().
注: コールバック関数内で呼び出すことは禁止です。
